Take a step back in time this summer at RHS Garden Wisley and unearth the secrets of the land that time forgot. With Jurassic plant habitats, giant insects and dinosaur footprints to discover, there are fun activities every day to keep budding palaeontologists busy throughout the summer holidays. Follow the trail to discover a dinosaur hidden among ancient tree fern; hunt for the tree whose fossils date to 270 million years ago; where is the tree that puzzles even the monkey with its spiky leaves set in the spirals conforming to the Fibonacci series, (find out just what that means). This tree grew on the super continent Gondwana.
There will be free activities and events every day included in normal entry to the garden, so check the website for details of what’s on and when.
Garden entry is free for RHS members and children under 5 years of age. Normal ticket prices are between £7.25 – £15.95.
