Join Southern Pro Musica for a feast of family-friendly classical music!
Southern Pro Musica’s Family Classics has become a Guildford institution over past seasons. Guildford’s professional orchestra will offer the chance for children of all ages to try out a full range of orchestral instruments and percussion in workshops led by their players. To round off a perfect afternoon’s family entertainment there’ll be a live concert performed by the full orchestra under the baton of SPM’s esteemed Artistic Director, Jonathan Willcocks. Everyone can enjoy the thrill of hearing brilliant accessible music and a musical story narrated by the inimitable Peter White. And of course, as usual there’ll be the opportunity for the audience to join in with the fun.
Admission for children aged 18 and under is completely FREE – as it is for all SPM-promoted concerts within the ‘Music for Guildford’ season.
