Illustrations of Surrey collected by Robert Barclay of Bury Hill, Dorking, c.1800. Join Surrey History Centre’s Julian Pooley as he explores Robert Barclay’s extensive collection of prints, watercolours and drawings. The 500 original watercolours provide a wonderful glimpse of Surrey buildings and high streets two centuries ago. Includes work by artists John and Edward Hassell, John Carter and Henry de Cort relating to Cranleigh.
