The SHADES (Shamley Green Amateur Dramatic and Entertainment Society) are proud to announce their 2019 Pantomime of ‘Rumpelstiltskin’ will take place in the Arbuthnot Hall on Thursday 24th & Friday 25th January at 8pm, and Saturday 26th January at 3.30pm and 7.30pm.
Based on the traditional Brother’s Grimm fairy tale, our pantomime tells the story of a Dressmaker prone to exaggeration. In order to get out of paying the King her taxes, she boasts her daughter Meg can spin straw into gold. Who can save our heroine Meg?? There will be the usual magic and mayhem you have come to expect from a SHADES pantomime.
