Cranleigh Arts Centre – August 2020 – An Update on our Closure

Due to the difficulties of COVID-19 we are not yet ready to reopen, but behind the scenes we are all planning when and how this can be done, while following government guidelines to ensure the safety of all who come into our building.

We really value the community’s support through emails, social media, surveys and your kind donations which all enable us to plan confidently for the future and our eventual reopening. Keep in touch with through: www.cranleighartscentre.org, Cranleigh Community Radio: destinationcranleigh.net/radio/ and social media to see how we are still enriching and inspiring from a distance and news of when we will be able to entertain you again in person.

Have you been creative in lockdown? Join our virtual Gallery.

Cranleigh Arts has created a virtual Gallery at: https://bit.ly/2Z2CWX0 so our artistic and creative supporters can show what they have been up to at home since we have been closed. We can’t meet but we can share.

If you’ve seen Grayson Perry or Bob Ross on TV you’ll know how healing any creative activity can be and is probably what has kept many of us going through these difficult times. Cranleigh Arts grew from a group of people wanting to “have a go” and then be inspired by others. Will you join in too?

We’d love to see any wonderful “works of art” that you have made and would like to share to inspire us all. Images of anything in any form can be sent to: . Beginner or more experienced, young or old, your view from lockdown is unique and can help others and be a record of these extraordinary times.

We will be happy to hear your thoughts
