Cranleigh Lions Bonfire and Fireworks Night

The Cranleigh Lions Bonfire & Fireworks will take place on the Common on Saturday 5th
November. The fireworks are free to view but we ask everyone to be as generous a possible by donating a minimum of £5 per adult into our collecting buckets. All donations from this event will be used to help people in need in our community.

We love cash! Mobile reception is poor making card payments very difficult to process. Please be aware that following a review of crowd safety, we have made a number of changes to the parade route and timings.

Torchlight procession Route change

The procession will no longer start from Park Mead. The starting point for the procession will be in Parsonage Road, outside Glebelands and the Cranleigh C of E Primary schools.

The parade start time remains unchanged at 6pm.

The parade route will be Parsonage Rd, Rowland Rd, turning right into the High Street, Stocklunds Square and the Common.

Event Timetable
The shortened procession route will affect timings for the bonfire lighting ceremony and the firework display, both of which will be approximately 30 mins earlier than previous years.
