Do you love cars? Then we have some great news for you. Possibly the biggest and best classic car show in the south of England happens every year, right here in Cranleigh.

Around 1,000 classic cars are proudly displayed by their doting owners at the Cranleigh Lions Classic Car Festival.

A thousand cars on the Show Ground

On Sunday the 9th of August, at the Cranleigh Show Ground, some 1,000 beautiful classic cars will be proudly displayed by their doting owners, for you to come along and enjoy. There will be everything from the family car your dad drove, to some exotics and then some quite frankly weird and wonderful delights. It’s going to be fantastic. Alongside these you’ll also find motorbikes, commercials and tractors too, so truly something for everybody.

A festival for all the family

As the name festival suggests, it’s also a day planned to entertain the whole family, with loads to eat and drink in the food village which is right beside the main stage. Live music will be provided by some excellent local bands to keep the day rocking. We will also have our giant ‘stretch tent’ to shelter from the heat of the sun, because we always have great weather… Good for a rain shower too, while you enjoy your lunch.

Definitely a place for some browsing to see what unusual item will take your fancy.

Auto jumble, antiques and collectables

In another area you’ll find our legendary ‘auto jumble’, where vendors will offer a huge range of classic car spares along with memorabilia, accessories, clothing and much more. Finally, there is our Antiques & Collectables sales area in the large covered barn — definitely a place for some browsing to see what unusual item will take your fancy.
